Sewer user fees are a flat rate of $30.00/month per equivalent dwelling unit and are scheduled to increase in July 2030.
Rates are the same for full-time or part-time residents, inhabited or vacant homes, owner-occupied or rented.

Postcard statements are billed quarterly to accounts with a balance due; Issued on the 1st and due on the 25th of the billing month.
Yellow, Green, and Blue postcard statements correspond with each billing cycle. More information is below.

Auto Payments are processed on the 1st of the billing month, customers DO NOT receive paper statements.
