Log in to our Web Pay Portal to:

• Pay Your Bill  (no fees)
• Set-up Autopay  (debit/credit card)
• View & Print Utility Statements and Payment History

How To Create A Login (Register):

1. Click on Web Pay Portal link above
2. Register
3. Enter Username, Email and Password
4. Utility Statement
5. Enter your Account Number for both the Account Number AND Service Location (7 digit number)
6. Register

Now Login using the username & password you just created!

Doxo Users

Doxo is still an available method of payment! But, if you switch from Doxo to our new pay portal above:

• Log in to Doxo and End Doxo's Auto Pay or Remove NBWA from your Doxo account. Doxo customer support (206) 319-0097.
