  • Log in to access your account. If you haven't already, you'll need to register first. (Instructions below)
  • Set-up autopay or make a one-time payment.
  • View your statements.

 

Instructions to Register (Create a Login)

How to Register

  1. Click on Web Pay Portal link above
  2. Register
  3. Username, Email and Password
  4. Utility Statement
  5. ACCOUNT NUMBER TWO TIMES; for both the Account Number AND Service Location (7 digit number)
  6. Register

Log in using the username & password you just created

  • Set-up Autopay OR Make A One-time Payment (no fees!)
  • View & Print Utility Statements or Payment History
